CoBright partnered with Platinum Health Group to upgrade and develop a new website to showcase the medical professionals across four centres and make it easy for patients to book an appointment online.
The Challenge
As one of the Toowoomba Region’s largest and most established group of medical centres, Platinum Health Group come to CoBright with a disorganised and convoluted site structure which impacted usablitility and their online bookings.
Platinum Health Group partnered with CoBright to build a new website to showcase their history and medical capabilities, make the online booking process easier for patients, and to attract GPs to the centres.
The Solution
Uncovering Platinum Health Groups' existing limitations and opportunities with an initial consultation, CoBright established that Platinum Health Group needed to make it easier for patients to book online, as well as attract potential GPs to the business.
Our website concept emphasised a clean and professional look and feel, and made it easy to book at one of their four medical centres or with a medical practitioner, simplified their medical fees page, and told the story of the medical centres in a concise and consistent way.
We also incorporated professional photography to show real imagery of the medical centres, and to allow patients to easily recognise the centres they’ve chosen.
To address the ongoing GP shortage issues in the region as a whole, we partnered with professional videographers to explore the personal story of a GP and why he moved to Toowoomba from Melbourne and the benefits of practising at Platinum Health Group.
The Outcome
Our content specialists and designers worked collaboratively with Platinum Health Group to implement consistent branding for the Group, and to establish a friendly and professional tone of voice with a clean, simple and easy-to-use website.
Allowing for easy, streamlined patient bookings, we included direct booking links for each doctor on their profile. We also made it clear where the different centres are with easy navigation on the site.
Now, Platinum Health Group’s website is easy to navigate and concisely and easily explains their extensive services and medical capabilities, and fees, and offers an easy user experience.
